The food from Heaven

Gospel According to John.
4.31-34.
Meanwhile the disciples were urging him,"Rabbi, eat something."But he said to them,"I have food to eat that you do not know about." So the disciples said to one another,"Surely no one has brought him something to eat?"Jesus said to them "My food is to do the will of him who sent me and complete his work."
We take food to maintain our body in good condition. The wheat, the rice or its products that we eat provide source of energy to our body to keep all the systems functioning well, our nervous system, circulatory system, muscular system and other systems. So we keep going uninterrupted. And we do not die.But if we do not eat what will happen, our body will not have the nutrients to function and it will stop functioning sooner rather than later, which means death due to the absence of food. But God has provided us with enough food to eat.But that is not the case with millions of people across Africa, Asia and other continents. They die due to starvation.Does it mean that God has closed his eyes to them and they are not part of his flock. As human beings they are definitely His children and enjoy the status of His Kingdom. But they suffer more endlessly. How do we find answers to this problem. In fact God cares for them and leads them in accordance with His Will. But there is a greater tragedy or sin hidden here. The rest of the world is unable to help them.We knowingly or unknowingly forget them, leaving them to desert and penury.Does god exist for them?God exists in them, in suffering, in starvation and in penury. The all Knowing God cannot leave them apart.Let us hope that one day he will rescue them from the clutches of starvation just as God saved Israelites from the slavery of Egyptians. The humanity continues to survive just because God protects and sustains all of us in different ways as we are placed in different circumstances. The poor and the starving have their own problems of death and survival. It is the consciousness of them , that is the divine consciousness that they are having that makes all the difference.God grants them the ability to suffer, starve and thrive just as Jesus suffered in this world. No one can escape from a moral duty of helping them.
